To make this official, this is a notice to inform all JAMB and WAEC candidates who will be sitting for the upcoming JAMB examination that JAMB subject combination for Computer Education has been released by the management of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Keep in mind that the JAMB subject combinations as well as the o level (WAEC) requirements mentioned on this post are only meant for Computer Education under the faculty of Education.

JAMB Subject Combination For Computer Education

The required JAMB subject subject combination for Computer Education are:

Mathematics, Economics/Commerce plus one of Chemistry/Physics/Biology

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) UNN requires Mathematics or Physics and two other Science subjects.

(ii) UNIBEN requires Mathematics, Physics and any other Science or Social Science subjects.

(iii) IAUED requires Mathematics and any two of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography and Economics in order of preference.

WAEC (O Level) Subject Requirements For Computer Education

The list of compulsory WAEC subjects required for Computer Education under the faculty of are as follows:

Five SSCE credits including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks

(i) UNIBEN requires five O/Level credit including English Language, Mathematics and two other Science or Social Science subjects.

(ii) AAUA accepts a pass in Chemistry.

(iii) IAUED requires five O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics and any other three subjects from Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Agricultural Science.

(iii) UNN requires five O’ level credits in English Language, Mathematics or Physics, plus three Science or Social Science subjects
