Job Duties and Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for the friendly greeting and welcoming of guests
- You’ll handle the check-in and check-out of guest and staffs on arrival and departure respectively
- You’ll ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy always
- You’ll foster the delivery of excellent guest services and foster customer satisfaction
- You’ll be responsible for the security and safety of guests and staffs of the organization
- You’ll effectively monitor the organization’s security system
- You’ll adhere strictly to safety and health regulations
- You’ll execute all other assigned duties
